This is the first Building as you enter the estate. It houses the Reception and 2 Rooms Chez Nous and Lulu and is the original homestead of the de Charmoy Family. The most recent additions to the estate house rooms although in a separate building are Njabulo and Ntokozo, a tribute to Cathy and Bernard's Grandsons.

This is where it all began the first step in turning de Charmoy Estate into what it is today. This House offers 6 Rooms: Coral, Bilimbi, Fleur, Palm, Papillion and Coco der Mer. Cocogerme forms part of this House although it is in a separate building. All the rooms in this house pay tribute to Bernard's Seychellois Heritage.

This plantation style house was originally the farm manager's house and now houses the conference centre and 3 rooms: Lalaphansi, Grange and Chirinda. All the rooms in this house pay tribute to Cathy's Zimbabwean heritage.

The valley view cottage is set in the Gardens of the Hilltop House overlooking a beautiful Valley. It has two separate rooms, Illanga and Naledi. Illanga (Sun) faces the East and Naledi (Star) faces the west. Both rooms are family style rooms with a thatch effect vaulted ceiling. For the nature lovers, it is not unusual to hear the cry of a Fish Eagle whilst enjoying your morning coffee.
