Welcome and thank you for using this website. This website is owned and operated by Suburban Projects (Pty) Ltd., trading as de Charmoy Estate Guest House. The Company has been in operation since 2001.
Cancellation policy
Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater. Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
Refund/Return Policy
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, De Charmoy will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment, within 3 working days. De Charmoy levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed.
Please note that check in time is from 14h00. Check out time is 10H30 on day of departure. Late check outs will be charged a full night’s accommodation. We look forward to welcoming you to the Guest House and hope you have an enjoyable stay with us. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Trading Currency
We use South African Rand as our trading currency. You are most welcome to pay via Credit Card or E.F.T. Please request our Swift Code.

You may wish to submit an information request about our restaurants, participate in one of our promotions or subscribe to our e-mail or postal mail lists. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified by you at the bottom of the information gathering form.

In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for our purposes or in joint promotions with a hotel and restaurant partner. Secure Reservations
If you decide to make an online reservation at the Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface called PrenoHQ. While it appears to be part of our site, PrenoHQ is in fact provided by a third party and is governed by its privacy practices. We understand that security remains the primary concern of online consumers and have chosen PrenoHQ carefully. To that end, the company adheres to the strictest consumer privacy guidelines.

We would like our Site visitors to feel confident about using the Site to plan their visit to our restaurants and facilities knowing De Charmoy Estate Group is committed to protecting the information we collect. De Charmoy Estate Group has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Our Site is hosted in a secure environment. The Site servers/systems are configured with data encryption and industry-standard firewalls. De Charmoy Estate is interested in improving the Site and may develop and offer new features and services.
